QA Automation Engineer

Summary

The QA Automation Engineer is responsible for evaluating, testing, validating, and improving game concepts, prototypes, systems, and workflows across rapid development cycles. • Sharp quality judgment with the ability to quickly identify what must be fixed, what can wait, and what does not matter yet.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI or automation tools to improve testing, analysis, documentation, or workflow speed.
• Strong awareness of emerging AI capabilities and a proactive approach to learning and applying new tools.
• Able to make clear testing and quality decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong attention to detail balanced with speed, pragmatism, and team momentum.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with casino gaming, slot machine development, land-based gaming, or regulated gaming products.
• Experience with test automation, scripting, Unity, C#, Python, logs, dashboards, telemetry, or build validation.
• Experience creating custom tools to assist and supercharge your workflow.
• Experience working with engineers, designers, artists, or production teams through a full development cycle.
