QA Automation Engineer

About the role

Design and implement automation test strategies, focusing on automating new features in the sprint following their development (sprint +1). Build and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks primarily using Java and Selenium for responsive web applications. Develop and execute automated test suites for multiple client-facing web portals with a strong emphasis on cross-browser and responsive testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Champion best practices in test automation, code quality, and CI/CD integration.
• Contribute to the vision of continuous delivery and an agile testing culture.
