Job Title: QA Automation Developer Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Summary Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced QA Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and microservices applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with modern automation tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or similar toolsAutomate UI, API, and end-to-end testing for web and distributed applicationsBuild and maintain CI/CD test pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOpsPerform performance testing with JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LocustCollaborate with developers to identify quality risks and improve test coverageTroubleshoot defects, create regression tests, and mentor junior QA engineers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in QA Automation or SDET rolesStrong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or PlaywrightHands-on experience with REST API automation, SQL, and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of Agile/Scrum and microservices architectureStrong analytical, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pact, JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LocustFamiliarity with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Snyk)ISTQB or equivalent QA certification How To Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
