Python UI Developer (ONSITE)

We're seeking a Python UI Programmer to help build and enhance client-facing web applications in the financial services industry, based in New York.

About the role

Design and develop client-facing web interfaces that provide external users with secure access to business and trading-related data. Work closely with existing Python backend developers to connect front-end applications with internal systems and data sources. Collaborate with technology and business teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. This role requires 5 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop client-facing web interfaces for secure data access.

• Contribute to a rapidly growing technology organization supporting application support, CRM platforms, and financial services technology.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing applications with Python, including exposure to both front-end and back-end development concepts.
• Strong UI/UX mindset with experience building modern web interfaces; JavaScript experience is highly desirable.
• Prior experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, or a similar regulated environment.
• Experience with platforms such as SIMON, Luma, or Halo is a plus.
• This role requires 5 days onsite in NYC for the first 90 days.
