Area of responsibility

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals and secure client sign-offs

Required skills and experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development, automation, scripting, and application support
• Expertise in Release Management, CI/CD, Configuration Management, and Tier 3 Production Support
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Python, Java, and REST APIs
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native application deployments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting large-scale enterprise applications

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in DevSecOps practices and secure CI/CD implementation
• HashiCorp Vault or enterprise secrets management solutions (Preferred based on role requirements; not explicitly present in the resume.)
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts including observability, reliability, and operational excellence
• Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking domain experience

Additional required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
