What You'll Do In The Role
- Learn and Develop across the Stack
- Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Write clean, functional, and well-organized code that delivers on new client-centric features
- Analyze and improve the performance and scalability of our platform, algorithms, and data structures
- Adopt best coding practices, comprehensive testing methodologies (including unit and integration tests), and efficient deployment strategies
- Participate in code reviews to help identify errors, learn from peers, and improve the overall quality of the codebase
- Refactor code to enhance readability, efficiency, and reusability
