About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with expertise in AI agents and Power BI to support advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-support initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for automation, analytics, and system integration
  • Build and deploy AI agents to support task automation and decision support
  • Integrate AI solutions with internal tools, APIs, and data sources
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Prepare, transform, and model data for analytics and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Document code, data models, and system designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
  • System Testing: Knowledge of system and software sing; ability to design, plan and execute system sing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Experience with AI-based solutions or intelligent agents
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience building LLM-based or autonomous AI agents
  • Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and performance optimization
  • Experience integrating Python data pipelines with BI tools
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable data architectures

Pay

Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $144,960.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.

Schedule

This position will be located onsite 5 days a week in East Peoria, IL (Building KK).
