Responsibilities

• Test model responses across areas such as algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, APIs, cloud systems, and debugging.
• Identify errors, document reproducible failure cases, and provide detailed feedback to improve model performance.
• Support the refinement of evaluation methods and prompt engineering strategies through technical insights.
• Communicate technical reasoning clearly by explaining approaches, decisions, and improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Python programming and strong knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Experience with areas such as algorithms, data structures, backend or frontend development, system programming, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with debugging, code review, API integration, secure coding practices, and software architecture concepts.
• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience with technical writing, documentation, open-source projects, or explaining complex concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate your reasoning and technical decisions.
• The ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
