Location: Indianapolis, IN Work Arrangement: Hybrid Job Overview Our Direct Client is seeking a Python Laboratory QA Analyst to support laboratory quality assurance, data validation, and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a chemistry, analytical, or environmental laboratory, along with knowledge of Python and quality assurance procedures. Key Responsibilities Collaborate and communicate effectively with chemists, microbiologists, and program developers to ensure laboratory quality requirements are accurately documented and implemented.Support testing, validation, and improvement of LIMS.Review and validate Python scripts, data operations, and Excel spreadsheets used for laboratory calculations.Participate in system testing, identify defects, and recommend improvements to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.Review analytical chemistry data packages for accuracy, completeness, traceability, and compliance with EPA, FDA, and state regulatory standards.Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, electronic records, and audit trails. Required Qualifications Experience in laboratory quality assurance, analytical chemistry, environmental testing, or a related field.Knowledge of Python programming, scripting, or data validation.Understanding of laboratory quality assurance, data integrity, and validation procedures.Strong communication skills to work effectively with laboratory personnel and IT/development teams.Experience with LIMS/STARLIMS, Excel validation, and regulatory laboratory standards is preferred.
