Python/AI Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop enterprise AI applications and agentic systems using Python and modern LLM frameworks
• Lead development of AI agents, orchestration workflows, MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation services
• Build scalable and secure cloud-native AI services within Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
• Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration technologies
• Develop and optimize vector search, document processing, metadata extraction, and retrieval systems
• Create scalable APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing pipelines
• Work closely with product, infrastructure, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models to drive innovation within the platform
• Participate in roadmap planning, technical strategy, and sprint execution
• Troubleshoot and optimize production AI workloads and distributed systems

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Python development, distributed cloud architectures, databases, and modern AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Strong technical depth and leadership capabilities
• Experience in designing complex systems, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring developers, and contributing directly to implementation
