PWM Partner Private Wealth Advisor

About the role

Private Wealth Management (PWM)) Private Wealth Advisor Partners have the shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM. They partner with Senior Advisors to drive business development, client retention and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies. They share responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue and practice excellence goals.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, develop, manage, and retain client relationships for PWM
• Partner with Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention and engagement
• Achieve sales, revenue and practice excellence goals
• Hone the technical aspects of a given product specialty area
• Develop superior client-facing skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Up to three years of related experience
• Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client-facing skills
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Well-developed analytical skills

Qualifications

• Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus

Skills

• NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z

Pay

$86,360.00 - $101,600.00
