About the role

Pouring with Heart is seeking a Security Host to work the door at American Bonded in Denver, CO. The position involves supporting a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality, monitoring entrances and exits, checking IDs, de-escalating conflicts, and following emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality
• First Hello and Last Goodbye to every guest - Know your regulars by name
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents
• Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally
• Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed
• Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis
• Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company

Requirements

• Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Guard Card

Pay

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
