PVC Pelletization Process Operator

About the role

Techs will operate the PVC pelletizing process, ensuring quality and efficiency. They will be responsible for monitoring equipment, adjusting settings, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Document operational data and submit reports as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience with PVC processing equipment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures
• Basic understanding of process control systems
