PVC Blending, Extrusion & Packaging Technician

About the role

Techs are responsible for blending, extruding, and packaging PVC materials under supervision. They perform quality checks and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Blend PVC materials according to formulas and specifications
• Operate extrusion machines to produce PVC products
• Inspect products for quality and conformance to standards
• Maintain and operate packaging machinery
• Follow safety protocols and participate in regular training

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Basic knowledge of PVC processing and packaging techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
