Putaway Supervisor

The Job at a Glance

You will supervise a team of put away Rockstars, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity, help with problem solving and operational oversight.

About the Role

Provide operational oversight over the flow of material through the distribution center
Replenish genuine OEM parts inventory by verifying part numbers and quantity and storing them in to the proper location
Test, develop and document standard operating practices for core area
Share production and quality performance levels from standardized reports with team members

Requirements

• A top performer in your current role and have experience in Put Away
• Demonstrate a passion for leadership and career growth
• Be an all-star communicator and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Have the ability to lead teams, develop people, and stay cool under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Thrive on a team but can also keep yourself on track with individual projects
• Have the ability to move around for long periods of time, and lift 30 lbs unassisted
• Can work Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:30pm

Pay

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50– $76,169.50 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:30pm
