Purchasing Manager

What You'll Do

• Direct and oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventories for the food service department.
• Aid in managing pricing structure to meet food cost goals.
• Analyze procurement and financial data.
• Manage day-to-day supplier communications.
• Monitor and control product inventory levels.
• Implement procurement strategy and policies.
