What You'll Do
- Direct and oversee all purchasing, procurement, and inventories for the food service department.
- Aid in managing pricing structure to meet food cost goals.
- Analyze procurement and financial data.
- Manage day-to-day supplier communications.
- Monitor and control product inventory levels.
- Implement procurement strategy and policies.
