About the role
To join our team as a Purchasing Manager, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar discipline preferred and/or 5-7 years of experience in purchasing and procurement activities in the construction industry. You must maintain a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Conduct national purchasing bid process including vendor solicitation and pre-qualification
- Contract bidding, negotiation and award
- Vendor performance feedback and monitoring
- Dispute resolution
- Trade partner management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar discipline preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in purchasing and procurement activities in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
