Responsibilities

• Use strong networking and negotiation skills to partner with suppliers through the contract bidding and award process.
• Partner with the construction team to ensure all products and services are ready for building customer homes.
• Receive autonomy, technology, and support to make purchasing decisions that support quality home building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a similar discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement activities in the home building industry (preferred).
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
