Purchasing Lean Leader-3

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the lean roadmap for the materials organization
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize pull/replenishment systems
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external suppliers
• Prioritize supplier parts for pull and schedule alignment
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for lean materials systems
• Coach teams on lean principles from executives to front line staff
• Manage daily operations and problem-solving to maintain team targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years in Manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean and/or Materials
• Strong background in lean manufacturing principles and tools
• Proficient in material management and inventory strategies
• Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification

Pay

$104,600 – $174,400 annually
