Responsibilities

• Manage supplier open purchase orders for direct materials supporting production demand
• Obtain and maintain purchase order acknowledgements and confirmations from suppliers
• Expedite late or at-risk materials and coordinate recovery actions
• Maintain accurate promise dates, quantities, and notes within Oracle
• Monitor shortage and exception reports impacting production
• Communicate material risks and recovery plans to production, inventory control, and buyers
• Escalate chronic supplier or delivery issues to leadership
• Support resolution of shipping and delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior experience in material coordination, expediting, or purchasing support (preferred)

• Office and factory environment
• Safety glasses required on the factory floor
• Some overtime may be required

Location: Onsite, Fairport, NY.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.38–$28.46 per hour.
