Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in coatings research and development
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in laboratory equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of polymer chemistry and coatings technology
- Experience with material testing and analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
