The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on new projects, pre-qualifying subcontractors, maintaining scopes of work, tracking design changes, managing budgets, and conducting direct cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Solicit bids
• Pre-qualify subcontractors
• Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices
• Maintain and update current budgets
• Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases
• Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review
• Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
