Job Responsibilities

• Detailed description of daily tasks and responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of fiber optic materials and equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, and contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast material needs.
• Ensure timely availability of critical supplies for project continuity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure efficient material flow to deployment sites.
• Support budgeting processes and monitor procurement-related costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and technical standards.
• Verify the quality and specifications of purchased materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, and service.
• Use ERP systems to manage purchase orders and track procurement activities.
• Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure procurement aligns with corporate sustainability and compliance policies.

Job Requirement and Qualification

• Education: BACHELOR´s DEGREE
• Minimum experience: 2-3 YEARS IN SIMILAR POSITIONS
• Technical skills: ERP Systems
• Soft skills: COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Languages: ENGLISH
