About the role

Atlantic Pacific Companies is a dynamic industry leader with a growing and diverse portfolio of properties across multiple states. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Punch-Porter for our Market Rate apartment community in Canton, Georgia.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Apartment industry experience is preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely completion of vacant unit turns
• Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations
• Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to:
• Plumbing repairs
• Lock, smoke alarms repairs/replacements
• Appliance repairs
• A/C filters replacements
• Light bulbs replacements
• Installs ceiling fans, wall sockets and performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Affords assistance with performance of preventative maintenance onsite
• Affords assistance with completion of work orders as needed
• Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
