Possessing extensive experience in technical support and problem-solving, the ideal candidate will serve as a Punch Out Technician. This role involves troubleshooting complex software issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements
• Document solutions and procedures for future reference
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications
