Full‑time Pump Mechanic position located in Aston, PA.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, complex assemblies, and sub‑assemblies.
- Measure and record sizes and clearances to within .001 inch.
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the assembly and inspection process of the parts used in the assembly of a pump.
- Read blueprints and assembly drawings.
- Use, read, and comprehend micrometers, calipers, gauges, and inspection tooling.
- Perform work to established standards.
- Understand tooling used to assemble pumps.
- Fully understand the function of the individual components that comprise the pumps.
- Complete provided documentation for each completed job.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug testing process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman mechanic status or completion of a mechanic apprenticeship (a plus).
- Five years or more in a similar role requiring teardown and assembly of mechanical parts.
- High degree of mechanical aptitude.
- Experience using an overhead crane in an industrial environment.
- Works well with others.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Initiative to get the job done correctly.
- Valid work status and authorization.

Pay
Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience: $23–$28 per hour.
