Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

• Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers.
• Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times.
• Seeks advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.
• Maintains a clean and safe station as directed by management.

Compliance

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Notifies management of any policies that are unclear or not being followed by other employees.

Location Operations

• Maintains store cleanliness standards.
• Completes duties as assigned by management.
• Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
• Reports to management any equipment or facility condition in need of repair or that creates a hazard.

Loss Prevention and Safety

• Strict compliance with cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.
• Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Pay

$16.00–$17.75 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
