Pump Attendant - East Templeton

About the role

As a Station Associate, you will provide customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service. Beyond customer satisfaction, you will complete register transactions, maintain the general appearance and cleanliness of the station, and adhere to company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintain a friendly, outgoing attitude with customers.
  • Project a respectful, professional manner at all times.
  • Seek advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.
  • Maintain a clean and safe station as directed by management.
• Compliance
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Notify management of any policies that are unclear or not being followed by other employees.
• Location Operations
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards.
  • Complete duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
  • Report to management any equipment or facility conditions in need of repair or that create hazards.
• Loss Prevention and Safety
  • Strictly comply with cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and loss prevention policies to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Job Environment
  • Regularly stand, reach, and lift during the performance of duties.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$16.00–$17.75 per hour, with a $300 sign-on bonus.
