About the role
We are seeking qualified candidates to fill roles in the communities that Piedmont serves.
Responsibilities
- Develop treatment plans for patients with complex lung conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing research to improve therapies for advanced lung diseases
- Treat critically ill patients 24/7 in the hospital setting
- Offer state-of-the-art bronchoscopy procedures and therapeutic/diagnostic procedures
- Manage severe emphysema cases using endobronchial lung volume reduction valves
Qualifications
- MD or DO Medical Degree
- Board certified (or board eligible) in pulmonology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
- Residency and Fellowship trained
