About the Role

A Pulmonary Rehab Registered Respiratory Therapist will work with patients with respiratory conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with respiratory conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized pulmonary rehab and exercise plans.
• Administer therapies and monitor cardiopulmonary status closely.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care strategies.
• Document patient outcomes accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with relevant certification.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and patient education skills.
