Pulmonary Program Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pulmonary Program Coordinator to lead and oversee a respiratory care program in Bryan, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the pulmonary/respiratory program.
• Supervise, mentor, and support respiratory therapy staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and respiratory care best practices.
• Develop and maintain pulmonary care protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor documentation, clinical performance, and program effectiveness.
• Assist with staff scheduling and provide on-call support for staffing coordination as necessary.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Current Ohio Respiratory Care License (or ability to obtain).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in respiratory care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pulmonary disease management and respiratory therapy practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
