MercyOne is seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join its well-known practice. Join a collaborative, high-performing team with strong specialty support, offering the opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered care in a dynamic and growing healthcare system.

• Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
• 14-16 shifts per month
• Shifts are a combination of 8-12 hours
• 24/7 APP Support
• Primary location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
• Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

Pay

• Competitive Base Salary with Built-in Growth:
  • Year 1: $420,000
  • Year 2: $432,000
  • Years 3+: $568,379
• Recruitment incentive: $150,000
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Annual CME allowance: $6,000
