The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision‑making capabilities.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Pay

Wage: $24.30/Hour. $1,000 hiring bonus offered. Weekly pay with DailyPay access program available.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 5:30 pm – 1:30 am.
