Our Housekeeping team is the heart of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. We are seeking detail-oriented, dependable individuals to join our team as a Morning Public Space Attendant. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas during the morning hours while supporting the Housekeeping team in delivering outstanding hospitality. What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all hotel public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, fitness center, and employee areas.
• Ensure all public spaces are guest-ready before and throughout the day.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner while responding promptly to requests.
• Walk assigned floors to collect trash, soiled linens, and other housekeeping items.
• Replenish clean linens and restock housekeeping floor pantries.
• Support Room Attendants by assisting with heavy lifting and deep cleaning projects as needed.
• Clean and sanitize public spaces following Marriott and Pyramid Global Hospitality standards.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from service areas and transport them to designated locations.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and housekeeping standard operating procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment, including vacuums, mops, brooms, and cleaning supplies.
• Push and maneuver housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
