Public Space Attendant

About the role

Public Area Attendants/Cleaners play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day. You will ensure the cleanliness of public spaces and guest rooms as needed, while providing great customer service by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper products, and replenishing soaps
• Collect and properly dispose of hotel garbage and recycling
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed
• Vacuum and maintain public areas
• Other duties as assigned
