The Public Service Representative (Bargaining Unit, Local 25) position at the Massachusetts Port Authority is a vital role at Boston Logan International Airport. Responsibilities
- Staff information booths, offering ground transportation, accommodations, and event assistance to passengers.
- Serve as an Airport Ambassador, managing passenger flow and public safety at key points.
- Promote Boston and New England through explaining tourist attractions, hospitality services, and Logan Modernization.
- Operate display systems, providing relevant airline/airport information, managing paging and lost and found services, and assisting with ADA inquiries.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate in standard English.
- Ability to obtain a Massport Security Badge and U.S. Customs Seal.
