The Work

Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.

Here’s What You Need

• A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience
• A minimum of 5 years of public service experience

Bonus Points If

• You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
• You have prior experience with government finance and budgeting
• You have experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• You have experience working with c-level client executives
• You have large-scale delivery experience with minimal help
