Responsibilities
- Engage public sector buying committees using a structured methodology
- Build executive-level business cases for HR Tech solutions
- Manage and enhance client relationships to understand their needs
- Align stakeholders around a shared transformation narrative by surfacing business priorities
- Design commercially viable and effective solutions in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Percipio platform within HR technology ecosystems
- Conduct assessments of client environments to identify workforce capabilities and organizational challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise solution consulting, platform-led sales, or transformation roles involving complex buying committees
- Experience selling to the US Federal Government with understanding of Government processes
- Proven ability to build executive-level business cases and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong background in HR tech, skills intelligence, and organizational transformation
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles as they relate to enterprise solutions
- Road robust consulting experience with a track record of successful client engagements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence

$112,000 – $119,700 annually
