We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. We need to extract content. Job description includes: "Public Safety Specialist- Fire Safety 1099 Part-Time This is a remote role. It's boilerplate? Might be considered not required but could be included as About the role? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Lexipol" paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered company overview; but we might keep as part of About the role? However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can include About the role summarizing the role description. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for: - About the role: summary of role purpose, remote, part-time, 1099, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties (primary focus, secondary focus, product familiarity, continuous insight). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: the "Requirements:" list. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Experience" could be qualifications? Or we could treat "Preferred Experience" as Qualifications. - Skills: maybe executive-level communication skills, comfort in virtual meetings, etc. Could be extracted from Requirements. - Benefits: The description says "No employee benefits, incentives, or guaranteed hours are provided". That's not a benefit; it's a lack. Should we include Benefits section? The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state that there are no employee benefits. That's still stating something about benefits (none). Should we include? It says "Lexipol offers a competitive hourly rate. This role pays $30 per hour for up to 30 hours per week." That's Pay. Benefits: "No employee benefits, incentives, or guaranteed hours are provided". That is a statement about benefits (none). According to rule, we should include Benefits section only if posting has real, specific content for it. It does have content: "No employee benefits, incentives, or guaranteed hours are provided". That's specific. So we can include Benefits section with that statement. - Pay: "$30 per hour for up to 30 hours per week." - Schedule: "Work is scheduled based on mutual availability and business need". Also "approx 30 hours per week". Also "part-time, 1099 role (approximately 30 hours per week)". So schedule: part-time, approx 30 hrs/week, flexible based on mutual availability. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose. Thus each section:

    About the role

    ...

    etc. For lists:

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...
. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can condense into prose or list as appropriate, but must not lose detail. We need to be careful not to omit any detail. Let's extract all substantive info: From intro: - Public Safety Specialist- Fire Safety 1099 Part-Time - This is a remote role. - Applicants must already live in the United States. - Working at Lexipol means making a difference – day in and day out. Then "The Work" paragraphs: - The Public Safety Specialist- Fire Safety role will be part of Lexipol’s go-to-market ecosystem, partnering closely with sales, strategic alliances, and market-facing teams that support public safety leaders nationwide. - The team’s focus is not transactional selling, but helping agencies understand how modern policy, training, wellness, and readiness solutions reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and support the people who serve their communities. - Lexipol’s approach is grounded in credibility, lived experience, and trust. - This role exists to bring authentic public safety leadership perspective into those conversations—ensuring agencies feel understood, respected, and confident as they evaluate solutions that impact their people and operations. - The Public Safety Specialist- Fire Safety serves as a trusted peer voice for public Fire Safety leaders considering or expanding their partnership with Lexipol. - This is not a sales role. Instead, the Specialist brings executive-level experience, credibility, and firsthand knowledge of Lexipol’s solutions into strategic conversations with agencies. - In this part-time, 1099 role (approximately 30 hours per week), the Specialist will join select customer and prospect calls, collaborate with Lexipol’s go-to-market teams, and help translate real-world public safety challenges into meaningful, practical discussions around readiness, compliance, and risk reduction. - Outside of live calls, the Specialist will participate in internal strategy sessions and structured training to maintain a deep understanding of Lexipol’s portfolio and how agencies use it in practice. Then "This is done through working in these areas of focus:" then bullet lists. Primary Focus: Peer Participation in Agency Conversations (Approximately 90–95%) - Participate in scheduled virtual sales demonstrations alongside Lexipol sales representatives - Serve as a trusted public safety peer voice during agency conversations - Share lived leadership experience to help agencies understand how Lexipol’s solutions are used in real-world practice - Provide peer-level credibility
