Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional, and safety-focused presence at designated hospital access points and within the Public Safety Communications Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, communications, dispatch, public safety support, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, staff, and emergency personnel.
• Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly during stressful or emergency situations.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to learn and operate assigned communications, weapons detection, access control, camera, and reporting systems.
• Ability to successfully complete required departmental orientation and training.

Schedule

Standard Hours Per Week: 4.00. Work Schedule: Variable.
