Public Safety Officer - Security

Responsibilities
- Performs security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual rounds.
- Coordinates facility response to potential issues for patients, employees, and visitors.
- Enforces policy and procedure with equitable enforcement.
- Follows guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace and environment of care.
- Works with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to security and safety.
- Participates in employee awareness and education.
- Drives as needed for company business.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- State Guard Certification Registration Card.
- Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred.
- State Driver’s license upon hire.
- Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.24 to $23.74 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
