PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
About the role
The Public Relations Manager will support the NY PR team in daily operations and oversee Women's and Men's editorial initiatives to strengthen Celine's brand visibility and image in the North American market. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day editorial activities while helping to develop and execute the broader North American editorial strategy in close partnership with the Senior PR team and Paris HQ. The position spans all product categories, including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Beauty, and more. Additional responsibilities include regional media monitoring, press presentation planning and execution, competitive market reporting and more.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with editors, stylists, and Paris HQ for editorial sample requests.
- Utilize Launchmetrics to manage and track editorial requests, in collaboration with the PR Assistant.
- Partner with VP and Senior Manager to develop and execute innovative press strategies and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with Women's and Men's editors and stylists across North America.
- Monitor emerging media within the luxury, fashion, and art space for potential editorial opportunities.
- Oversee select KOL and influencer activations, ensuring alignment with brand image, values, and KPIs.
- Lead competitive analysis, identifying successful marketing and press strategies.
- Drive digital strategy and pitching for seasonal product launches across Men's, Women's, Beauty, and Lifestyle categories.
- Oversee data analysis, reporting, and insights for US senior management and Paris HQ.
- Manage reports utilizing DMR (print) and Discover (digital) platforms.
- Coordinate seasonal sample orders aligned with regional business priorities.
- Support the planning and execution of Paris collection shows in collaboration with US and HQ teams.
- Assist senior PR management with the organization of local PR events and activations, including retail events, press days, and exhibitions.
- Capitalize VIP dressing initiatives with strategic press placements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal corporate teams on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or Communication
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive public relations experience
- Management / Supervisor experience required
- Strong and established press contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Launchmetrics, Lefty, DMR, Fashion Monitor

Pay
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $110,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a bonus opportunity.
