About the Opportunity
The Public Relations Associate role is designed to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation in North America by generating compelling media coverage and effectively communicating the value of its technology solutions. This position plays a key role in shaping external communications to support the company’s technology and partner programs, directly impacting how the organization is perceived in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public relations programs targeting business, technology, and vertical media in North America
- Build and maintain relationships with technology and channel partner media
- Create content for press releases, messaging documents, blogs, byline articles, FAQs, and speaking engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, executive communications, customer advocacy, analyst relations, and social media
- Work alongside PR agency partners to develop media strategies and implement program components
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in public relations, either in-house or at an agency
- Experience in global B2B technology, software, or services companies is preferred
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities for various communication formats
- Knowledge of current technology and data trends to respond quickly to emerging situations
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The expected base salary is $60,000 to $70,000, with on-target earnings from $64,000 to $75,000. Eligibility to participate in bonus, variable, or commission pay programs subject to program terms.
