Public Relations Assistant

This role operates within the Marketing team, supporting strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. The Public Relations Assistant focuses on PR-driven support for campaign execution, ensuring clarity and traceability in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document public relations-focused tasks with marketing analytics, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
• Maintain and track status documentation for PR-focused tasks, adhering to a public-focused, relations-focused, and assistance-centered work profile.
• Reconcile digital marketing tasks with deadline management, ensuring all work is traceable and dependencies are clearly communicated.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, maintaining visibility of sources, owners, statuses, and next steps.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Requirements

• Use Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Campaign Management confidently to support PR-focused tasks within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
• Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines in a PR-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear and traceable.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up tasks, especially when PR-focused assistance depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs meet the combined standards of PR-focused assistance, data accuracy, and reporting; work remains open until these signals are current.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
