Role & Responsibilities
- Work across Talent and Programming divisions.
- Prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage meetings, talent schedules, and client press memos.
- Cook up details for client interviews, photo shoots, press junkets, premieres, and appearances, including travel and glam.
- Track media coverage and service press clips to clients.
- Maintain digital press kits and keep client bios up to date.
- Update lists of industry contacts and media.
- Build new press lists across genres, verticals, regions, and more.
- Aid in pitching clips & stories, distributing media alerts/tune-ins, drafting press releases, and building client strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years PR/agency/studio/network experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives under pressure with a positive-minded, 'can do' attitude.
- Motivated, resourceful, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, solution-oriented thinker and multi-tasker who can meet deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and knowledge of pop culture.
Location & Schedule
This position will be in-person three days a week in Century City, CA office, with Mondays and Fridays being remote. Must be open to work nights and weekends for events as needed.
