A state public authority needs investment advisory services. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do Develop and monitor investment policy and portfolio strategy for public funds Ensure compliance with state public authority investment guidelines Provide performance reporting and market analysis Present to boards and finance committees Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required At least 5 years of professional experience in public funds investment advisory SEC-registered investment adviser or affiliation with one Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have New York State public authorities experience CFA Fixed income portfolio management
