We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Key parts: - Job title: Public Information Director I (but we must not repeat job title as heading). So no heading for title. - Department: USC Sumter - Palmetto College - Advertised Salary Range: Part/Full Time: Full Time (but we only include Pay/Schedule if actual content. Salary range not given; only part/full time. No salary numbers. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. It says "Advertised Salary Range: Part/Full Time: Full Time". That's not a salary range, just indicates full time. No actual pay amount. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. - About UofSC: description of system. This is substantive. Could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading is for role description. The "About UofSC" is about the institution. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe a separate section? The allowed headings list includes "About the role". We can put the About UofSC description there. - Inclusive Excellence Statement: boilerplate EEO? Actually it's a statement but might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should drop that. - Advertised Job Summary: description of role. That's substantive. Could go under "Responsibilities" or maybe "About the role". But we have separate "Responsibilities" heading for list of duties. The job summary is more overview. Could be placed under "About the role". We'll decide. - The Director will: list of duties (Create content, manage scheduling..., Work directly..., Develop..., Manage third-party..., Track..., Coordinate..., Approve..., Serve as...). That's a list of duties. So we should put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Minimum And Additional Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: list of requirements. That's under Requirements heading. - Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or related area preferred. That's under Qualifications heading. - Skills: maybe we can include under Skills heading if there are specific skills like Adobe, Microsoft Office, etc. The Minimum requirements include knowledge of printing processes, proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office including Publisher, familiarity with other graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, some experience in photo journalism. Those are skills. Could be placed under Skills heading. - Benefits: none given. - Pay: none given. - Schedule: Full Time indicated but not specific schedule. Might be considered schedule info? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states "Part/Full Time: Full Time". That's a schedule indication (full time). Could we include Schedule section with that? It's somewhat specific: Full Time. Might be acceptable. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Full Time. So we could include a Schedule section with

    Full Time

. But we need to see if that's considered substantive. Probably yes. But we also have "Advertised Salary Range: Part/Full Time: Full Time". No salary range. So we skip Pay. - Additional Comments: Job Close Date, Special Instructions to Applicant (application instructions). We must remove application instructions. So drop those lines. - EEO Statement: remove. Thus final HTML:

    Schedule

    Full Time

We need to ensure we didn't repeat content. Some duplication: Skills section repeats some of Requirements. Might be okay but we could combine. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep both but avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but might be considered redundant. Better to avoid duplication by moving some details to appropriate sections. Let's think: Requirements: knowledge of printing processes, proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office including Publisher, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, some experience in photo journalism. Skills: could be same as requirements. Perhaps we can omit Skills section and put those under Requirements. But we need a Skills heading only if there is specific skill content not covered elsewhere. Since the posting lists those as requirements, we could treat them as Requirements. The Skills heading could be omitted. However we have Qualifications (preferred degree). That's fine. We could keep Requirements as above and not have Skills. That reduces duplication. We also have About the role containing both institutional description and job summary. That's fine. We have Responsibilities list. We have Qualifications (preferred degree). We have Schedule. We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Inclusive Excellence Statement", "EEO Statement", "Advertised Salary Range: Part/Full Time: Full Time" (we used Schedule). The "Advertised Salary Range:" line we only used for schedule; we omitted salary range. We removed "Additional Comments Job Close Date Special Instructions to Applicant". Good. We removed "Review of applications will begin immediately..." etc. Now check if any content missing: The job summary also includes "A bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience is required, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. The successful candidate must: demonstrate expertise in computer software required for production of publications and advertising (Adobe); demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate effectively; and have a record of success in Marketing and Public Relations and working with a team to meet objectives." We missed that! That's part of requirements. We need to include that under Requirements. Also "The Director will:" list we captured. Also "Minimum And Additional Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities" we captured. Also "Preferred Qualifications" we captured. Also "Additional Comments" we removed. Also "Job Close Date" removed. Also "Special Instructions to Applicant" removed. Also "EEO Statement" removed. Also "Inclusive Excellence Statement" removed. Now we need to incorporate the bachelor's degree + 2+ years experience requirement, plus expertise in Adobe, communication ability, record of success. Let's add to Requirements list. Also note: "A bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience is required, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience." That's a requirement. Also "The successful candidate must: demonstrate expertise in computer software required for production of publications and advertising (Adobe); demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate effectively; and have a record of success in Marketing and Public Relations and working with a team to meet objectives." We can break into items. Thus Requirements list will be: - Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience required (or equivalent combination). - Demonstrates expertise in computer software required for production of publications and advertising (Adobe). - Demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate effectively. - Record of success in Marketing and Public Relations and working with a team to meet objectives. - Knowledge of printing processes including layout and design with ability to develop specifications to produce publications internally and externally. - Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office including Microsoft Publisher, and familiar with other graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Some experience in photo journalism. We could combine some. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: The job summary also mentions "The Director of Marketing and Public Relations reports directly to the Campus Dean and is a key member of the University leadership team and manages all marketing and public relations functions." Already in About the role. Also "The Director will:" list we captured. Also "Work directly with the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management to create effective communications plans for each stage of the admissions cycle. (Salesforce and Target X experience preferred)." Already in Responsibilities. Also "Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan based on current market trends." captured. Also "Manage third-party marketing relationships and proactively seek opportunities for additional partnerships." captured. Also "Track and report Google Analytics for website and digital marketing effectiveness." captured. Also "Coordinate and manage the dissemination of news and information concerning USC Sumter" captured. Also "Approve and assist in the design and production of all circulated brochures, pamphlets, posters, and printed material concerning university programs" captured. Also "Serve as campus Web Master and photographer." captured. Also "Minimum And Additional Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities" we captured. Also "Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or related area preferred." captured. Also "Additional Comments" removed. Now we need to check for any other bits: "Advertised Salary Range: Part/Full Time: Full Time" we used for Schedule. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "From the Upstate to the Lowcountry..." that's fine. Now we need to output only HTML fragment
