Schedule
- Provides reproductive health services to persons of all ages at the main JCPH Community Clinic in Port Townsend.
- Provides quality comprehensive primary health care to adolescents in the School Based Health Centers.

Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent.
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Washington driver’s license.
- Washington State Board of Health License as Nurse Practitioner with prescription privileges.
- Mandated by the Medicaid Administrative Matching Steering Committee, Washington State Association of Local Public Health Officers Questionnaire for Skilled Professional Medical Personnel, meets all the requirements for the Medicaid Administrative claiming program.
