We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must include sections only if real specific content. We need to parse the posting: It includes intro paragraphs about HDR culture, then description of role, then "Who You Are:" bullet-like paragraphs (but not list). Then "Responsibilities:" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "Required Qualifications" list. Then "What We Believe" etc. Then "Our Commitment". Then location, industry, schedule, etc. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role? Could be the introductory description after culture. Could use "About the role" heading for the paragraph describing the Strategic Communications Project Manager role. Then "Responsibilities" heading for the list under Responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" maybe combine Preferred and Required? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Preferred Qualifications and Required Qualifications; we could put under "Qualifications" heading with sub-sections? But we must only output headings from the list; we cannot create custom headings like "Preferred Qualifications". We could combine both into a single Qualifications section with bullet points (maybe separate Preferred and Required as sub-bullets). However we must preserve all substantive information; we can include both sets under Qualifications. Could also split into "Requirements" for Required Qualifications and "Qualifications" for Preferred? The list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. Use "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications. That seems appropriate. Skills: maybe we could extract skills from responsibilities or qualifications? But we have no explicit skills section; we could omit Skills if no specific content. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: The posting includes Schedule: Full-time. Also Employee Status: Regular. BusinessClass: Strategic Communications. It does not mention benefits or pay. So we can include Schedule section with the schedule info (Full-time). Also maybe include location? Not in allowed headings; we could put location in a short paragraph under About the role? But we should not invent headings. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can include Schedule heading with Full-time. Also maybe include "About the role" heading with description of role and location? Could include location as part of About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: The intro paragraphs about HDR culture, employee-ownership, service lines, etc. That's substantive about company; we could include under About the role? Actually About the role should be about the role, not company. But we could still include a short paragraph about the role under About the role heading. The introductory paragraphs about HDR could be considered company overview; maybe we could omit as not directly about role? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; does that mean we must keep everything? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep all substantive info from the posting. That includes the company culture paragraphs. Where to put them? Could be under a heading like "About HDR" but not allowed. We could put them under About the role? That would be mixing. Perhaps we can create a section "About the role" that includes both role description and company overview? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use those for section headings; likely we should only use those headings. But we need to include all substantive info; we could put the company overview under About the role heading as a preamble before responsibilities. That might be acceptable. Alternatively, we could have multiple sections: About the role (includes role description and company overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred), Schedule (full-time). That covers all. We must not include Benefits, Pay if not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to format lists with
  • . For responsibilities, we have a list after "Responsibilities:" each line starts with a verb. We'll turn each into
  • . For Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications, each bullet line after those headings. We must not include headings like "Preferred Qualifications" or "Required Qualifications" as headings; we will use

    Qualifications

    for preferred and

    Requirements

for required. But we need to differentiate which bullets belong to which. Could we split into two sections: Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). That matches allowed headings. Thus:

    About the role

... (company overview + role description)

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

    • ...
    • ...

    Schedule

    Full-time

We need to ensure we include all substantive info from the posting. Let's extract content. Intro paragraphs (before "The Strategic Communications Project Manager will develop..."): "At HDR, our employee-owners are fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment where each of us is valued and respected, a place where everyone is empowered to bring their authentic selves and novel ideas to work every day. Then role description: "The Strategic Communications Project Manager will develop, execute, and manage communication and public outreach activities on a variety of infrastructure projects. This is a person who is passionate about community engagement, loves to collaborate, and has a habit of thinking outside the box as a member of a high-performing team." Then "Who You Are:" paragraph with many sentences. We'll incorporate that into About the role maybe after role description. We need to preserve all that. Let's compile About the role paragraph(s). Could be multiple

    tags. We'll put:
