The Law Offices of Cliff Wilson Jr., Public Defender, Third Circuit, seeks an Assistant Public Defender in their Suwannee County office. This position handles felony trials for one of the other counties within the Third Circuit. The office offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with experienced trial lawyers to assist in success as a criminal defense practitioner.

Responsibilities

- Represent clients in felony trials - Conduct legal research and prepare cases - Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Work under pressure in a high-stakes environment

Requirements

- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar or have passed the Florida Bar exam - Valid driver's license - Minimum starting salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience
